After a stressful time, your cabin was just what my wife needed. She is a “city girl” and I know she had some misconceptions about staying in a “drafty old cabin on a mountain”. You should have seen her eyes light up when she saw the place. The cabin was comfortable, clean, warm, and just like new. I can’t think of anything else we could have wanted.

Escape! Relax! Enjoy!
Fall in the mountains! They predicted less than perfect foliage colors this season due to the drought. But the view from the front deck was amazing. Yellow, orange, and red against a bright blue sky.

Thank you for making us feel so welcome! The cabin is lovely and it is obvious from the level of care demonstrated that we are the guests of some fine folks…It is so relaxing to sit on the porch this morning looking out into the tree canopy and listening to the birds-what an ideal way to begin the day -in appreciation and gratitude for such blessings.

Had a wonderful time. Brought back lots of old memories of vacations in Linville, NC. We visited the Mast General Store and Candy
Barrel (kids loved it)! We are planning on cutting a Christmas tree to take home…that will be a first for us.

We had debated about going to Cancun or relaxing in the mountains. Being fortunate to find this cabin means we return home with a rested mind and renewed spirit. We leave with memories of the scenic mountain view from the deck with the chirping birds. We will highly recommend the cabins to our friends.
